YB Series Pre-Assembled Substation (European Box Variable)

YBM, YBP series pre-assembled substation is a combination of high-voltage electrical equipment, transformer, low-voltage electrical equipment, etc. into a compact set of power distribution equipment, which is used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, luxury villas, plaza parks, residential neighborhoods, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mines and oilfields, as well as temporary construction electricity and other places, for the power distribution system to receive and distribute power.

YBM, YBP series pre-assembled substations, with strong complete sets, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, as well as movable, etc. Compared with conventional civil substations, the floor space of box-type substations of the same capacity is usually only 1/10~1/15 of that of conventional substations, which greatly reduces the design workload and the amount of construction, and reduces the construction cost. In the power distribution system, it can be used in the ring network distribution system, and can also be used in the dual power supply or radial terminal distribution system, which is a new type of complete set of equipment for the construction and reconstruction of urban and rural substations at present.

• Wind pressure not greater than 70pa (equivalent to 35m/s).
• Temperature daily average value not greater than 95%; monthly average value not greater than 90%.
• Ambient temperature: the highest temperature +40℃, the lowest temperature -45℃.
• Seismic level: uneven acceleration 0.4m/s, vertical acceleration 0.15m/s.
• Seismic intensity: 8 levels.
• Installation location tilt system is not greater than 3°.
• The installation environment surrounding the environment should not be corrosive, combustible gases and water vapor and other obvious pollution, the installation location without violent vibrations.
